The firm

It stands where it is needed, and the right ones find it. That is the posture of this firm: patient, fixed, engineered to be found by capital that values discipline.

The name

A harbor is shelter engineered against open water. A beacon is the instrument that makes it locatable. The name is the mandate: protect capital through disorder, and remain precise, consistent, and on record while doing it.

The mark reads four ways at once: a harbor entrance, a parenthesis, an aperture, and the defined risk band between two strikes. Every one of them is the same statement: the boundaries are fixed, and what varies is how much passes through.

Structure

A Delaware three-entity structure of fund, general partner, and management company, administered independently, with dual-control treasury and monthly administrator-calculated NAV. The management company was formed in July 2026; the remaining entities complete ahead of the fund's launch. Nothing exotic, by design: this is the structure allocators already know how to diligence.

The fund launching September 1 is a private friends-and-family vehicle: a Delaware limited partnership offered solely under Rule 506(b) of Regulation D to a limited number of accredited investors who already have a substantive relationship with the firm. It is not offered to the public, and it is not advertised. Interests are not registered, are subject to transfer restrictions, and the fund relies on an exclusion from Investment Company Act registration. Through this phase the fund charges no management fee and no performance fee.

Administration: Repool, New York. Investors can verify the relationship directly.

Alignment and oversight

The founders funded the firm themselves and invest their own capital in the fund alongside limited partners from launch. That capital pays performance fees on the same basis as everyone else's, so alignment sits with performance rather than with gathering assets.

Risk oversight is centralized and independent of the trading strategy, with defined risk budgets, capital reductions triggered by drawdown, and a documented override authority over any position. Limits are set by process and enforced by systems, not renegotiated by conviction.

The people

Beacon Harbor runs deliberately lean: founders in the capital path's design, never in its daily judgment.

Trading Systems Engineer

Builds and maintains the execution platform and signal engine: the infrastructure that carries a decision from model output to a placed order, and the monitoring that watches it.

Engineering runs as a small dedicated team across the platform, signal engine, and research tooling. The platform is being built to host additional defined-risk strategies as internal teams, each with its own risk budget and capital allocation, under one discipline. That is a roadmap, not a present capability.
